Lamb of God main man Randy Blythe was recently on Jamey Jastas talk show, the originally titled, The Jasta Show. After speaking with the Hardcore legend Blythe mentioned that his book entitled “Dark Days : My Tribulation And Trials” will see a release date early next year. Which is fantastic news, after everything the singer has been through it must be a very cathartic experience to be able to table all of the events that happened and now release it to the world.

BUT.

He also stated that “I have been writing my book for a while, but the majority of my book has been written since January. It will be released early part of next year along with the new Lamb of God record. I started writing lyrics for the next record in prison.”

This is fantastic news, not only for the fans but also a comeback to the norm, after something as traumatic that affected the band as a whole not just the acquitted singer, it means that things will be going back to normal.
That we will see a new Lamb of God record sooner than we thought after their announcement that they would be taking a break, perhaps the entire experience itself may even go as far as to change their sound to a certain extent, maybe have a darker tone to it? These are just musings, but we have concrete news that there will be a new Lamb of God record next year!
