“The demo for the first track is done!”

After previously announcing that they have begun to record their #rockopera earlier this week, Between The Buried and Me are wasting no time in getting the record down. It looks like we might be getting an album sooner than we all think! Although, I personally think the record will be ready for an early 2015 release. This is a slight testament to Metal Blade Records though I must say, consistently getting bands to efficiently issue fantastic albums in fairly quick succession. Whilst at the same time not pressurising them and most importantly all bands on their roster seem to be as happy as they ever have been, in any way this seems to be the key. With the imminent new release from Cannibal Corpse, Revocation and Anaal Nathrakh to name but a few the record company is arguably at the top of the extreme metal game.

So this new BTBAM release is just another notch on their extreme bed post, as ever we will keep you posted the second we hear any more. Not to forget that in their ever productive mindset their new DVD Live at The Fidelitorium will be released September 29th.
