Amidst the rumours that Evergrey were dead and buried, the band decided to carry on. And that long hiatus seems to have brought the best out of the progressive metallers, as they are positive and full of energy with the announcement of a new album and a new press video.

The new album, titled ‘Hymns for the Broken‘, will be released on September 26th via AFM Records and it appears to be a much invigorated release in comparison to their previous offering ‘Glorious Collision‘. The single release, ‘King of Errors‘ is by far the best Evergrey we have heard in a whole and spells very promising things for the new album.
