Scar Symmetry have been around for quite a while now and with their new release Phase 1 Neohumanity looming near soon, they have released a brand new track off the album. Entitled “Limits To Infinity” it is very similar to the latest sound that Scar Symmetry have, however now it seems that they have added in an almost stadium rock style chorus. It still has Per Nilsson‘s signature flourish of flashy leads and the production is nothing short of what you expect, but to me it sounded slightly off, it may simply be because its a new sound that Scar Symmetry haven’t toyed with before either way its definitely worth a listen. Although this is only the one song, surely to be a very grandiose album, beginning a trilogy of albums is a pretty big statement.
