Former Misfits man Glenn Danzig continues to try and revive his solo career – this time he has announced via Facebook that he is working on some Elvis covers.

We can’t even imagine what ‘Danzig Does Elvis’ would even sound like. And no that is is not the title, very few details about this project have been released except that it has a tenative release of early 2015.

Danzig has been doing a couple covers lately, most recently the classic Nancy Sinatra track ‘Some Velvet Morning‘. That wasn’t a fantastic effort, which makes any attempt at emulating the King of Rock more futile. We will just have to wait and see what happens, and as details are so scarce it may not even happen. We will just have to see!
