You remember Lordi? It seems like they might have rode their 2006 Eurovision Victory too hard and they dropped off the face of the earth. Well they’ve just announced their 7th album.

The Finnish shock-rockers have announced ‘Scare Force One‘ as the title of their new album in conjunction with their previous album titles involving horror-esque wordplay. The album follows up last years ‘To Beast or Not To Beast‘ and will be released in October via Sony Entertainment Music.

Whilst the quality of music has dropped since 2006’s ‘Hard Rock Hallelujah‘ maybe the lucky seventh album will be the one to revive Lordi back to prominence. They are one of those bands where the music has never been too key in the broad picture, but their live performances are undoubtedly fantastic!
