As previously mentioned Swedish black metallers Marduk were billed to be on a North American tour with Decide, Septicflesh and Carach Angren. This is not actually the case, as Marduk turned down the tour before the billing had even been released.

What seemed like an absolutely perfect tour has lost one act which is a shame, and why Marduk would have turned down a tour like this in the first place would raise another question in itself. The band released a statement below about why the band was billed despite rejecting the tour:

“It has come to our attention that a tour with Deicide and Marduk has been announced. This was unfortunately an error, seeing as we already declined this offer. As to why this was broadcast in the first place we can but speculate, but most likely it’s a case of miscommunication.”

Seems like this promoter has trouble defining differences between yes and no. All we can say is good luck to him!
