Set to be a real return to form The Serenity Of Suffering seems to be a roaring return to form from Korn. Releasing a third brand new track “Take Me” is an intriguing take on the idea of the drug. Known for addiction Jonathan Davis has previously experimented with drugs in the past. Taking on the idea of substance abuse once more the singer has, this time spoken from the point of view of the drug itself. 

A different take on the usual drug binge series it’s a well thought out characterisation of the drug and the song is just as brilliant to boot. Personally having never been a huge fan of Korn the examples that are being put forward currently are making me seriously reconsider. 

Korn’s brand new album Serenity Of Suffering is set for an October 21st release via Roadrunner.
