Previously showing us their heavier side with their first single from their upcoming album Periphery III : Select Difficulty with “The Price Is Wrong“we are now able to hear even more examples of what is to come from the Bethesda bunch. 

Releasing another single on Friday Periphery have moved back into more familiar territory after the absolute devastation that was “The Price Is Wrong” which still for me to this day holds up to the likes of “The Walk” The new single “Flatline” however sinks more of a groove into the song showcasing Sotelo’s word play with the idea of “letting go”. It’s another excellent example of just why Periphery are as good as they are within the genre. Despite this being a year since they released Juggernaut the band have come up with not only more music but more differential sounds moving forward.
