Meshuggah have at long last reawakened. The internet spiralled into speculation last month when teasers of what seemed to be of the band in the studio were being released and now we can confirm that Meshuggah will have a new album out this Autumn. The band have also released a tantalising trailer for our eyes and ears, featuring some awesome riffing.

However not only that but the band have also announced European tour dates for this coming winter. The stint covers Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Czech Republic and Italy.

Support coming in the form of High On Fire, whic at first struck me as an odd pairing but both bands live prowess is undeniable. To say I’m excited would be putting it mildly. Leonardo DiCaprio’s rejoice!
