An odd announcement today…Eluveitie will clear out it’s founding members in a change that has surprised everyone.

There seemed to be conflict in the band in regards to it’s future hence the break up – but we will leave the official words to explain.

It may seem like a friendly break up and for the best, but a statement by hurdy-gurdy player Anna Murphy sort of said otherwise.

Whatever the case it is a massive upset to hear about this. These musicians are so incredibly talented it’s hard to see how Eluveitie will go on without them. We will see though, I’m sure mainman Chrigel Glanzmann has some tricks up his sleeve.
