Set to make their return this March the Greek demigods in Rotting Christ have debuted their first evidence of brand new material.
Announcing that the band would be making their Metal return in 2016 the band have been quietly working away on their follow up to Aelo and at long last have released a brand new track. Set for a February 12th release Rituals will be comprised of ten songs. Entitled “Elthe Kyrie” the song is exactly what we have been waiting for, bringing their signature Symphonic Black Metal to the fore with a brilliant solo in the midst along with a monologue over the top of the track.
Referencing the coming of a new god the songs title is literally translated to mean “Come Lord”. Based upon Euripides and his Bakxais creation, the song is no doubt a fantastic taster of what to expect come February.
